Genesis of MonieStorm
Back in 2005 I began to take note of the massive amount of debt that we, as a country, had accumulated. Our national debt was around 7 Trillion Dollars at that time. Today our national debt sits at over 21 Trillion. Being able to print money at a moment’s notice by the Federal Reserve is both a blessing and a curse. As with anything in life, fixing the immediate problem can sometimes have future consequences.
As part of my awakening, I began to notice a boom and bust pattern perpetrated by the Federal Reserve. We had just come out of the dot com crash of 2001 and things finally began to stabilize. I was a causality of the dot com crash having worked in technology. I researched the history of money and its impact on our economy. See my blog - The History of Money
This is when I discovered: the importance of gold and silver, the difference between currency vs. money, the impact of the Federal Reserve, the meaning of fiat currency, and more… This knowledge began to shape my investment philosophy and my response to our economy today.
Moniestorm.com went live in 2012. The website was constructed to provide the most relevant economic news, the latest gold and silver trends, a blog forum to interact with like-minded individuals, and the latest opportunity in Cryptocurrencies. Cryptocurrencies like Ripple may be a investment of a lifetime. Enjoy!
